Morrigan McCarthy

Morrigan is a writer and documentary photographer currently traveling the world to document the daily lives of Millennials. She loves to travel, but her heart is in New England wearing thick wool socks and sipping hot coffee in the foggy ocean air. She'll be back for it, someday.

Current Project

Restless Collective's current project, The Geography of Youth , is a three-year, grant-funded participatory public art project that aims to document what life is like for the Millennial generational (specifically 18-32 year olds) around the world. The project began with Alan and Morrigan traveling around the world to ask the same 12 questions of Millennials that they encountered along the way and to pair those answers with a portrait. The project has been growing and has recently opened up to online submissions: if you’re between 18-32, you can add your own story to the project by sending them your answers to the 12 questions and a self-portrait.

Alan Winslow

Alan Winslow is a photographer and educator currently traveling the world to document the lives of Millennials. He's particularly interested in how the still image can invoke the personality of the artist as well as that of the place or individual. He regularly tempts the food-poisoning Gods by consuming unnatural amounts of street food. You can see more of Alan's work at: www.alanwinslow.com
